The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dobri-restorani.hr\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dobri restorani <\/a>(good restaurants) list is like a Bible to food-loving Croatians (which is to say, all Croatians) and the 2016 results are out. The top honor goes to <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/pelegrini.hr\" target=\"_blank\">Pelegrini<\/a><\/strong> in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.croatiatraveller.com\/central%20dalmatia\/Sibenik.htm\">Sibenik<\/a> for the second year in a row. Naturally chef Rudolf Stefan won Best Chef 2016 as well.
