Croatian Railways train

International Trains to Pula

The only direct international train to Pula is from Slovenia. There's a highly convenient daily train from Ljubljana to Pula that takes only about 4 1/2 hours. You might want to consider buying a train pass that covers your travel in Slovenia and Croatia. You can buy a train pass or book your ticket at

Domestic Trains to Pula

In order to go from Zagreb to Pula you first have to stop in Ljubljana! It's an eight-hour trip and not recommended. It's better to take a bus to Pula or a flight to Pula.

Pula's train station (not a busy place) is only about 1km from the town centre.
